Why MBBS Study Abroad
- MBBS in the UK: Compared to other nations, the UK's MBBS programme is completed in just 5–6 years. 43 of the top 650 medical schools in the world are located in the UK. Additionally, in order to practise medicine in India, MBBS graduates from UK universities are exempt from taking the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination.
- MBBS in the USA: With an average mid-career salary of 223,000 USD (1.84 crores INR) for MBBS graduates in the USA, MBBS in the USA gives international students a significant return on their investment. More importantly, in order to practise medicine in India, MBBS graduates from American universities are not required to take the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination.
- MBBS in Russia: The cost of MBBS in Russia is approximately 3,87,828 RUB (4.45 lakhs INR), which is much cheaper than the cost in other nations such as the USA, UK, Singapore, etc. The cost of taking these exams is further decreased by the fact that Russian medical universities do not require the results of language competence tests like the TOEFL or IELTS.
- MBBS in Canada: A 3–4 year programme, MBBS in Canada is also known as a Doctor of Medicine or MD in Canada. To practise medicine in India, Indian students with MBBS degrees from Canadian universities are exempt from taking the MCI screening exam.
