The CEED 2025 Exam Pattern consists of two parts, A and B, and lasts for a total of three hours. Candidates who pass Part A of the exam are qualified to take Part B. The first hour makes up Part A. The second part runs for two hours. Only after Part A has concluded will Part B begin.

  • Candidates will be narrowed down based on their performance in Part A.
  • The Part B answer booklets for the candidates who made the Part A cut will be manually assessed. There will be 5 questions worth a total of 100 marks in Part B. There won't be any open-ended inquiries.
  • An online test for Part A with multiple-choice questions will include questions about design aptitude to gauge a candidate's spatial ability, design sensitivity, environmental awareness, and other skills.
  • The questions in Part B are presented on a computer screen, and the answers must be entered on an answer form. The questions in Part B are meant to evaluate your writing, sketching, and design abilities.

Giving 25% weight to marks acquired in Part A and 75% weight to marks obtained in Part B will determine the final CEED score.
