JNU CEEB 2024- The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released JNU CEEB 2024 Scorecard on the official website Candidates can check their scorecards by logging in using their application number and date of birth. JNU CEEB 2024 Cut Off is the minimum mark required to get admission in the respective course. Students must score equivalent or more marks than the cut-off in order to secure a seat in the preferred university.

What is JNU CEEB?

JNU CEEB (Jawaharlal Nehru University Combined Entrance Examination for Biotechnology) also known as GAT-B is a University Level exam conducted once every year. Until 2019 the exam was conducted by NTA. This year onwards the exam will be conducted by Regional Centre for Biotechnology. Candidates seeking admission in various postgraduate M.Sc and M.Tech programs in participating universities can apply for the exam.

JNU CEEB 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check JNU CEEB 2024 Eligibility Criteria before filling out the application form. Candidates who is not able to satisfy JNU CEEB Eligibility criteria will not be considered for admission.

  • There are no age limit criteria to apply for JNU CEEB 2024
  • Candidates should have completed a Bachelor's degree program from a recognized university in the following field i.e. Biological, Physical, Veterinary, and Fishery Sciences, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Engineering/Technology, 4-years B. SC (Physician Assistance Course); or Medicine (MBBS) or BDS
  • Candidates need to score 50% marks in Bachelor's Degree to become eligible
  • Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination are eligible to apply.

  2. Click on ‘Apply Online’
  3. Fill the registration form to get Application Number.
  4. Candidates have to fill the credentials like

  • Mobile Number, etc.
  1. After filling all the credentials click on ‘submit’

JNU CEEB 2024 Application Fee Payment

Candidates have to make an application fee payment to completely submit the application form. The application form will not be submitted without application fee payment. Candidates can make Application fee payments online as well as offline. Candidates making payment via demand draft have to send it with application form through registered post/ speed post to the Section Officer.

Candidates can also pay the application fee through the following options:

General category and OBC candidates have to make payment of INR 340 for the Application form. Reserved category candidates will get concession in fee payment. Reserved Category candidates have to make payment of INR 260 for the Application Form.

JNU CEEB 2024 Admit Card

Admit Card is an important document to be carried out on the day of examination. Without the admit card entry into the examination hall will not be allowed. It acts as an identity proof of the candidate. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website.

  2. Click on the link ‘Admit Card’
  3. Provide the required information like registration number, name, date of birth, etc.
  4. Take a print out of the Admit Card and preserve it for future references.

JNU CEEB 2024 Exam Pattern

  • Part 1: JNU CEEB 2024 is conducted in offline mode. There are 2 parts in the question paper. Part 1 contains 60 questions of 60 marks. There is no negative marking.checks the candidate’s knowledge of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
  • Part 2: contains 180 questions which should be completed in 3 hours. This section check the candidates understanding of Verbal and Reasoning ability and Comprehensive ability.

Candidates can check their result online from the official website of NTA. Successful candidates will be called for counselling process. Candidates must preserve their Result for further process.

JNU CEEB 2024 Counseling Process

Counselling process will begin after the declaration of JNU CEEB 2024 result. In counselling process candidates will be allotted seats in the desired courses on the basis of their result. Candidates should take all the original documents on the day of counselling process.

Documents required on the day of counselling process:

  • Two self-attested copies of matriculation certificate
  • Two self-attested copies of 10+2 certificate
  • Two self-attested copies of institution last attended
  • Character certificate from the Head of the institution last attended 
  • Two self-attested certificate of statement of marks obtained in senior school and Bachelor degree program
  • SC/ST/OBC Certificate if applicable
  • A Medical Certificate for PWD Candidates certifying that the disability is not less than 40%
  • Migration Certificate (in original) from the Head of the Institution/University last attended
