NCHMCT JEE Hall Ticket

On May 10, 2024, the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Admit Card was made available online on the official website. The official website is where candidates must download their admission cards. Candidates will not receive their NCHMCT JEE 2024 admit cards by mail or courier services from NTA. Without an admission card, candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam room.

Exam Pattern for NCHMCT JEE

Before beginning their study for the test, candidates who intend to take it must be informed of the NCHMCT JEE 2024 test Pattern that will be used.

The 3-hour NCHMCT JEE test will be taken online. There will be 200 questions on it.

  • Every accurate response earns 4 points, while every incorrect response loses 1 point.  
  • English Language, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, and Aptitude for Service Sector are the five subjects that make up the entrance test.
  • There will be objective-based questions. Four possibilities are shown, and you must select one.

NCHMCT JEE Study Advice

  • Create a Timetable: A good timetable aids in establishing a clear action objective for the exam. The creation of the timetable should allow applicants to allot appropriate time for each subject. Set weekly goals and work to achieve them within the allotted time.

JEE NCHMCT Cutoff

The National Council of the Hotel and Catering Technology Council (NCHMCT) administers the NCHMCT JEE, an admission test for the hotel industry. Guidelines for the NCHMCT JEE Exam Day

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NCHMCT JEE 2024 will be administered as a home-proctored online test. Candidates should take note of the instructions and requirements listed below for the exam day. 

Technical Requirements for NCHMCT JEE 2024:

  • laptop or desktop computer system with a web camera and microphone
  • System requirements: at least 2MB RAM (but 4GB is advised).
  • Processor speed: at least 1.5 GHz
  • Windows 7/8/10 with a minimum Core2 Duo processor and 40GB of available hard drive space
  • Clock Speed: 1.4GHz Minimum
  • Antivirus software is not needed. If it's already there, remove it.
  • The system needs to be configured with Dot.net 4.5.
  • Browsers to use: Mozilla Firefox (Version 70 or above), and Google Chrome (Version 75 or higher).
  • 512 Kbps to 1 Mbps for internet bandwidth.

The NCHMCT JEE 2024 will take place between 9 AM and 12 PM. Candidates must adhere to a set of rules while taking the test. These consist of:

  • During the exam, there are no permitted breaks. 
  • Candidates must communicate with the proctor if there are any technical issues with the exam. 
  • Candidates must call the helpdesk at 0120- 6740105 in the event that the internet goes down while they are submitting their exam; they must not close the window. 
  • Before the exam begins, all pop-up windows must be closed. 
  • Before the exam begins, candidates must install Safe Exam Browser (SEB) on their laptops.
  • Two blank papers must be with the candidates at all times for rough work. 
  • During the test, candidates must also have the following objects nearby:

NCHMCT JEE Eligibility

Candidates must confirm that they meet the qualifying requirements before to filling out the application. All applicants must have submitted their physical fitness certification in the format required and with the approval of a licenced medical professional as stipulated on the official website.

The following are the general requirements for all courses:

Educational background

  • English should have been a required subject in the candidates' secondary and senior secondary exams. English is a required subject to pass.
  • Candidates who are taking the final test and are awaiting the results are also eligible to apply (given they present documentation proving they passed the 10+2 requirement exam along with other requirements at the time of admission or counselling).
  • Those who have completed 12 years of formal education are eligible to apply for the programme.
  • examination for high school diplomas administered by Cambridge University.
  • Any public school exam, whether it be in India or elsewhere, that the Association of Indian Universities recognises as being equal to the 10+2 Senior Secondary education pattern.
  • NCVT accepts the H.S.C. Vocational Examination and SCVT of the state applicant belongs to.

Maximum Age

  • As of August 1, 2024, the maximum age for general and OBC applicants is 22.
  • As of the first of August 2024, the maximum age for SC/ST is 25.
  • Candidates must be at least the minimum age required by the organisation in charge of the exam.

NCHMCT JEE Reservation

All applicants for the NCHMCT JEE 2024 must indicate in the application form the category they fall into. Seats are reserved for applicants who fall under the SC/ST, OBC, PD, or KM categories during the admissions process. The following describes the NCHMCT JEE 2024's reservation procedure:
