RUHS Nursing Entrance Exam 2024: Date, Admit Card, Result, Syllabus and More

Counseling for RUHS Nursing 2024 is already in progress. Online management and organization are being handled by RUHS Jaipur at bscnursing23.ruhsraj.co.in. On September 27, 2024, the BSc nursing counseling procedure officially started. The counseling fee for RUHS Nursing 2024 is INR 550. From September 27 until October 2, 2024 (11:55 PM), candidates may participate in the college selection process online at the RUHS website.  

On August 5, 2024, the results of the RUHS Nursing exam for the BSc nursing program were released. Candidates can access and check their results by logging onto the result portal. The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur, which was in charge of administering the exam, has made the RUHS nursing 2024 answer key available online at ruhsraj.co.in. Candidates can access the direct link provided below to download the answer key. On July 23, 2024, the RUHS nursing exam was administered. For admission to the best nursing programs in the state of Rajasthan, RUHS Jaipur organizes and administers the RUHS Nursing exam. The entrance exam for the BSc in nursing was given offline (pen and paper).  

In the previous instance, on July 18, 2024, RUHS issued the RUHS admission card/hall ticket 2024. Before then, candidates had until June 26, 2024 (5:00 PM), to make adjustments to the BSc nursing application form. On June 21, 2024, the RUHS application procedure came to an end. On May 29, 2024, bscnursing23.ruhsraj.co.in, the official website of the RUHS, Jaipur, opened for registration for RUHS nursing. Candidates for the BSc Nursing, BSc (Post-Basic) Nursing,  and MSc Nursing programs had until June 21, 2024 (5:00 PM) to pay the RUHS application fee. Both the application form and the application fee can be submitted online, and either a credit card or debit card can be used to pay the price. 

All About RUHS BSc Nursing 

Admission to various nursing programs provided by nursing colleges in Rajasthan requires passing the RUHS Nursing entrance test, commonly known as the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences 2023 Nursing entrance exam. A state-level admission test for nurses is offered online by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences in Jaipur. RUHS offers programs in BSc, post-basic BSc, and MSc Nursing. 

All of India, including Rajasthan, will have candidates fill 15% of the available seats, while the reserved seats for SC, OBC, ST, EWS, and MBC will be filled at 16%, 21%, 12%, 5%, and 15% of 10%, respectively. The percentage of female candidates must not be less than 50% across all categories.

Candidates can submit their online applications at ruhsraj.org, the official website of RUHS, if they received an overall grade of 45 percent (or 40 percent for candidates in the reserved categories) in class 12 from an accredited board in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. 

RUHS Nursing Counselling 

The nurse counseling schedule for RUHS is available. Following the opening of the RUHS counseling application window, candidates must pay the counseling cost. At the time of counseling, candidates must have all required documentation. The original documents will be required by the authorities for verification. According to the merit list, the seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

RUHS Nursing Result 

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences will publish the RUHS Nursing 2024 Result on its official website. A merit list will also be made public by RUHS based on the candidates' final rankings. 

In the event that two or more candidates receive the same score at RUHS, a tie-breaking procedure is used, and preference is given to the candidate who is elder in age or to the candidates who received higher marks in class 12. 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates for the RUHS nursing program must meet the requirements for eligibility set forth by the RUHS. Any candidate whose application is not accepted because they do not meet the required eligibility requirements will have their application rejected. The eligibility requirements for several nursing courses are shown below: 

For BSc Nursing

  • Candidates must be at least 17 years old. The maximum age for female candidates is 28, and the maximum age for male candidates is 25.
  • The candidates must have received a passing grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their Class 12 test from a board or university that is recognized (SC/ST candidates must have received a grade of 40%). 

Post Basic BSc Nursing

  • Age is not a factor. 
  • The candidates should have obtained a diploma in general nursing from a school accredited by the Indian Nursing Council, or they should have passed the class 12 test from any recognized board or university with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 40% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (45% for SC/ST candidates). 
  • The candidate ought to be in good health. 

MSc Nursing

  • The candidate must be a citizen of India. 
  • The applicant must have earned a BSc in nursing or post-basic nursing from an accredited institution that is registered with the Nursing Council of India. 
  • Should have received a graduation grade of 60% overall (on the first try) 
  • Age is not a factor.
