The WBJEE 2021 application form will be made available by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) in the final week of December 2020. Those applicants who wish to participate in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) must first finish the registration process on the site's official page, @wbjeeb.in.

The registration process, application form completion, image upload (as instructed in the guidelines), application fee payment, and confirmation page download are all steps in the WBJEE 2021 application process. Those who qualify for the WBJEE 2021 entrance exam will have till the last week of January 2021 to finish the application (tentatively).

The following information must be considered before completing the WBJEE application form 2021:

• Certain documents are needed while filling out WBJEE Application Form 2021 and candidates are asked to keep the following documents ready, such as
  • Certificate of Category
  • Certificate of domicile
  • Annual Family Income Proof
  • TWF Scholarship Certificate (if applicable)
  • JEE Main 2021 application number if it appeared for the examination
  • Class 10 Marksheet
  • Class 12 Marksheet
  • Passing Certificate
  • Debit/Credit card details for fee payment
• Students will be required to enter their valid email ID, mobile/phone number and password on their first login
• They can also correct their application form via the WBJEE Application Correction Window Facility on the Board's official website.

Steps to Fill WBJEE Application Form

If you intend to take the WBJEE in 2021, you should read the instructions for filling out the application form (provided at the end of the steps to fill out the form) before starting the filling procedure. Read the steps that follow below:

Step 1: WBJEE 2021 Registration

• When applying for the WBJEE 2021 exam, the candidate will first have to register on the official website.
• You will need your email ID/account to fill out the WBJEE registration form.
• In the next step, they can register as a new user by providing details such as their name, date of birth and mobile number.
• Upon successful registration, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate.
• Now check the same with OTP to complete the WBJEE registration process.

Step 2: Fill WBJEE 2021 Application Form

• WBJEE 2021 Application form will be made available on the official website.
• All candidates must read all instructions carefully before filling out the WBJEE application form.
• Once the application form has been submitted correctly, a unique seven-digit WBJEE application number will be generated automatically.
• This unique seven-digit WBJEE number must be carefully preserved as proof of successful registration.
• The application form of the WBJEE is divided into two sections:
• Personal details: Enter details such as name, date of birth, father's name, category, gender, nationality, email ID, phone number and academic qualifications.
• Fee payment: Make the payment of WBJEE application fee using the available payment modes.

Step 3: Upload Photograph and Signature

Candidates must provide scanned copies of their most recent passport-size photo, specimen signature, and left thumb impression after completing the WBJEE application form in accordance with the guidelines.

Step 4: Pay WBJEE 2021 Application Fee

• WBJEE Application Fee for General Category is Rs 700.
• WBJEE application fee for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B shall be Rs 500.
• The application fee is to be paid by debit/credit card or net banking.
• An online receipt is generated automatically after the successful payment of the application fee.

Note: Please take note that this receipt must be securely stored. This will be required as evidence that a candidate has paid the WBJEE application fee and registered to take the joint entrance exam. It will be required during the WBJEE counselling and admissions processes.

Step 5: Download the Confirmation Page

Candidates are recommended to print out the final confirmation page for the WBJEE application form 2021, which will be generated following the final submission, as the last step. For your future use only.

Revision to WBJEE Application Form

Candidates can make changes to their WBJEE 2021 application form via the facility's WBJEE 2021 Application Form Correction Window (in case of an error). Students will be allowed to alter, modify, or update parts of the information on the WBJEE application form that was previously completed.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) examines the applications submitted after the WBJEE application procedure for 2021 closes. Following this procedure, each candidate will be informed of any errors or omissions on their WBJEE application form. WBJEEB will send an official notification to the applicants who made mistake(s) while filling the application form.

• Browse the "WBJEE 2021 candidate login" tab.
• Enter your application number WBJEE 2021, password, security pin
• Hit the button "login"
• Fix the error(s) in the WBJEE application form
